This distributed logistics network allows us to serve customers worldwide.
After your purchase is confirmed, please allow approximately three to five business days for order verification, processing and preparation before dispatch. Once the order is processed, a tracking code is typically issued within twenty four hours through our logistics partner TrackingMania. Through their tracking platform you may follow shipment updates.
Delivery time varies depending on the product ordered, the fulfillment location and the final destination address. Standard delivery generally takes approximately twenty five to thirty business days depending on regional logistics conditions and postal service operations.
Tracking updates are provided by the responsible shipping carrier and may occasionally experience temporary delays in updating. These situations are outside our direct control.
Public holidays, weekends, national observances and events considered force majeure including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions or unexpected logistical disruptions are not considered business days and therefore do not count toward the delivery timeframe.
Delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, customs clearance procedures or local postal service handling are outside our responsibility.
